Step 1: Intake Form Submission

The process begins with entrepreneurs completing the GABAWorks USA Intake Form, where they provide essential details about their business, goals, challenges, and readiness to participate in the program. This is the first step in understanding the unique needs of each applicant.

Step 2: Team Review and Follow-Up Conversation

Once the intake form is submitted, our team carefully reviews the application. Qualified applicants are invited to schedule a one-on-one conversation with the GABAWorks USA team. This conversation allows us to learn more about the entrepreneur, their business, and their vision while giving the applicant a chance to ask questions and clarify expectations for the program.

Step 3: Approval or Denial Decision

Following the conversation, the GABAWorks USA team evaluates the applicant's fit for the program based on eligibility, readiness, and alignment with program goals.

  • Approved Applicants: Entrepreneurs who are accepted into the program receive a formal Welcome Letter, outlining the next steps and onboarding details.

  • Unapproved Applicants: Entrepreneurs who are not selected receive a Denial Letter, which provides feedback and, where possible, additional resources or recommendations to support their business journey.

Step 4: Program Participation

Approved participants embark on the GABAWorks USA Program, where they gain access to:

  • Tailored technical assistance and one-on-one coaching.

  • Workshops and learning sessions focused on business development, scaling, and operational efficiency.

  • Networking opportunities with industry leaders, funders, and peers.

  • Strategic guidance and resources to support their business growth.

This phase is designed to empower entrepreneurs with the tools, knowledge, and connections they need to succeed.

Step 5: Ongoing Support

After completing the program, participants are entered into GABAWorks USA Ongoing Support, where they receive continued access to resources and periodic check-ins. This includes:

  • Invitations to advanced workshops and events.

  • Networking opportunities within the GABAWorks alumni network.

  • Access to funding opportunities and additional guidance as they scale their businesses.

This ongoing engagement ensures that businesses continue to thrive long after completing the program, creating a legacy of sustainable growth and success.
